Apple and Prune Dominoes Recipes

Ingredients :

225 g

150 g

275 ml

225 g

1 tablespoon

prunes

dried apple rings

unsweetened cloudy apple juice

low fat cottage cheese

flaked almonds

Method :
  1. Soak the prunes in water for 2-3 hours.

  2. Poach them in the liquid for 30 minutes, or until tender.

  3. Drain them, split and remove stones.

  4. Soak the apple rings in the apple juice for 1 hour.

  5. Poach the fruit in the liquid for 15 minutes.

  6. Do not allow the rings to break up.

  7. Add the prunes to the apple rings, cook and chill.

  8. You can prepare the fruit to this stage the day before.

  9. Top the fruit with teaspoons of cottage cheese and scatter with the almonds.
