Method :
- Heat the oven to 180oC (350oF),
Gas 4.
- Melt the margarine and stir in the
cereal and orange rind.
- Pour the orange juice and 30 ml or 2
tablespoons water into a 1 liter baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of apple slices and
apricots.
- Spread over a layer of the cereal
mixture and continue in layers, finishing with the cereal.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the
topping is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Serves 6
Per Serving : 300 Calories, 10 g fat, 14 g
fiber.
