single cream
ground cinnamon
desiccated coconut, toasted |
Method :
- Purée the apricots, bananas, yoghurt,
cream and cinnamon.
- Divide between 4 individual serving
glasses and leave to chill.
- Sprinkle with the toasted coconut just
before serving.
Alternative Suggestion :
Other dried fruits can be used in the
same way - dried pears or peaches are particularly good. Add a pinch
each of mixed spice and grated nutmeg.
