Banana Dip With Fruit Crudités Recipes

Ingredients :

medium bananas

cottage cheese

plain low fat yoghurt

mango chutney, chopped

mild curry powder

sultanas

lemon, quartered

 

dessert apples, cord and thinly sliced

firm pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced

lemon juice

stalks tender celery, cut into fingers

medium carrots, cut into matchstick strips

Method :
  • Liquidize all the ingredients for the dip except the sultanas, then stir them in.

  • Toss the apples and pears in lemon juice.

  • Garnish the dip with the lemon wedges and surround it on a plate with the crudités.

Serves 4
