Berries and Mascarpone Recipes

punnets blueberries

punnet strawberries, hulled, quartered

cognac

honey

freshly squeezed lime juice

freshly squeezed orange juice

mascarpone

broken toffee pieces for garnish

1. Place blueberries in the bottom of 4 glass serving dishes.

2. Top with the strawberries and pour over combined cognac, honey, lime and lemon juices.

3. Spoon mascarpone on top.

4. Decorate with broken toffee pieces, if desired.
