punnets blueberries
punnet strawberries, hulled, quartered
cognac
honey
freshly squeezed lime juice
freshly squeezed orange juice
mascarpone
broken toffee pieces for garnish
Place blueberries in the bottom of 4 glass serving dishes.
Top with the strawberries and pour over combined cognac, honey, lime and lemon juices.
Spoon mascarpone on top.
Decorate with broken toffee pieces, if desired.
