Coconut Oranges Dessert Recipe

Ingredients :

oranges

oranges liqueur

apples, cored and thinly sliced

desiccated coconut, toasted

Method :
  1. Squeeze the juice and grated the rind of 1 orange and put in a bowl with the liqueur, if used.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the remaining oranges and remove any pips.
  3. Add the oranges to the bowl, cover and chill for 4-5 hours, or overnight.
  4. Stir in the apples, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle on the coconut.
  5. Serve at once.

Serves 4
