Coconut Oranges Dessert

oranges
oranges liqueur
apples, cored and thinly sliced
desiccated coconut, toasted |
Method :
- Squeeze the juice and grated the rind
of 1 orange and put in a bowl with the liqueur, if used.
- Peel and thinly slice the remaining
oranges and remove any pips.
- Add the oranges to the bowl, cover and
chill for 4-5 hours, or overnight.
- Stir in the apples, transfer to a
serving dish and sprinkle on the coconut.
- Serve at once.
Serves 4
Per Serving : 165 Calories, 6 g fat, 8 g
fiber.
