1/4 cup

osmanthus sugar
Australian pears
black sesame seeds (pre-fried until fragrant)
flour
corn flour
baking powder
water
oil (add separably)
Mix batter ingredients.
Stir in oil and blend well.
Skin and cut pears into small pieces.
Cook osmanthus sugar in 1/4 cup of water over low heat until dissolved.
Sprinkle pinch of dry powder on pears and coat with batter.
Deep fry until crispy.
Dish up.
Dip pears in prepared molasses.
Remove and place in serving dish.
Scatter with black sesame seeds.
Ready to serve.
