Ingredients :
275 ml
1 tablespoon
5 cm
350 g
150 ml
2-3 drops
2 tablespoons
dry cider
lemon juice
piece cinnamon
mixed dried fruits - apple rings, apricots, peaches, pears, prunes
plain low fat yoghurt
drops cinnamon essence
blanched almonds, toasted
Bring the cider, lemon juice and cinnamon to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the hot cider over the fruit, cover and leave to macerate for at least 4 hours.
Discard the cinnamon stick.
Beat the yoghurt and cinnamon essence and swirl over the fruit to serve.
Scatter with the almonds.
Serve at room temperature - not chilled.
