Method :
Place the
yoghurt in a dish, beat until smooth, then stir in the honey, leaving a
little marbled effect. Cut the fruit into wedges or bite sized pieces,
or leave whole. Arrange the fruit on a platter with the bowl of honey
dip in the center. Serve chilled. If you are not going to serve the
fruit as soon as it is prepared, brush any apple and pear pieces with a
little lemon juice to prevent them browning.
