ripe berries (strawberries, raspberries,
blueberries)
sugar (or more to taste)
Grand Marnier or orange juice (optional)
heavy whipping cream
vanilla extract |
Method :

Rinse the fresh berries, and remove
any stems or leaves.

In a food processor or blender, puree
the berries with the sugar and Grand Marnier or juice until smooth.

Taste and add more sugar if necessary.

Using beaters, whip the cream with the
vanilla in a medium bowl until it forms stiff peaks.

Gently fold the fruit puree into the
whipped cream and serve.

If you want to make it in advance, it
can be kept in the fridge for several hours, but it won't keep well
overnight.
