Fruit Smoothie Recipes

Ingredients :

1 medium banana, frozen

1 1/2 cups fruit juice of your choice

1/2 cup peeled and sliced fresh fruit or berries

Method :
  1. Cut the banana into chunks and place it along with the remaining ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve at once.

A creamy refreshing shake without any dairy products.

Serves 2
