Ingredients :

2 tbsp

small banana, sliced

8-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained

orange juice

toasted coconut (optional)

Method :
  1. Combine banana, pineapple, and orange juice; chill. (Be sure banana is covered entirely with juice)

  2. Spoon into dishes; top each serving with coconut, if desired.

Serves 2
