Glazed Apples and Franks Recipes

Ingredients :

butter or margarine

prepared mustard

light corn syrup

frankfurters

tart apples, cored, pared and quartered

Method :
  1. In skillet, melt butter; blend in mustard and corn syrup.

  2. Add franks and apples.

  3. Cover; cook over low heat 10-15 minutes or till apples are tender, turning once.

  4. Serve over rice, if desired.

  5. Pass pan juices.

Serves 2
