Ingredients :

4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
large grapefruit, halved
sultanas
medium sherry
melted butter
a pinch of ground ginger
Slice through the grapefruit segments to separate them and remove the central core.
Mix the sultanas, sherry and ginger and pack into the grapefruit centers.
Drizzle the butter over the fruit.
Grill under medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
