Lemon Raisin Drops Recipes

Ingredients :

butter or margarine

sugar

egg

milk

lemon extract

sifted all-purpose flour

cream of tartar

soda

salt

raisins

1. Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg, milk and extract; mix well.

2. Sift together dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.

3. Stir in raisins.

4. Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

5. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.

6. Cool.

7. Freeze extra cookies
