1 2/3 cups
orange juice (or 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate plus 3/4 cup ice
water)
1/4 to 1/2
tsp vanilla extract, to taste
Method :
Cut the banana into chunks.
Place all ingredients in a blender
and process until smooth and creamy.
Serve at once.
To freeze a banana, peel it and wrap it
tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight storage container.
Put it in the freezer for several hours or overnight, until it is
solidly frozen. This nutritious shake makes a refreshing snack.
