Panettone with Peaches and Clotted Cream Recipe

Ingredients :

4 peaches, halved and stoned

4 slices of panettone

ground cinnamon, for dusting

4 tbsp clotted cream

icing sugar, for dusting

Method :
  1. Heat a griddle pan or nonstick frying pan and cook the peaches on each side until slightly charred, 5 minutes.
  2. Toast the panettone slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
  3. Place the peaches on the panettone and dust with cinnamon.
  4. Spoon on the clotted cream, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.

Serves 4
