Panettone with Peaches and Clotted Cream Recipe

Ingredients : |

4 peaches, halved and stoned
4 slices of panettone
ground cinnamon, for dusting
4 tbsp clotted cream
icing sugar, for dusting |
Method :
- Heat a griddle pan or nonstick frying
pan and cook the peaches on each side until slightly charred, 5 minutes.
- Toast the panettone slices for 1-2
minutes on each side until golden.
- Place the peaches on the panettone and
dust with cinnamon.
- Spoon on the clotted cream, dust with
icing sugar and serve immediately.
Serves 4
