Ingredients :

1/4 cup

350g
cream cheese, at room temperature
caster sugar
grated lemon rind
ripe pears, peeled, halved, cored
green seedless grapes, halved
Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
Arrange pear halves cut-side-down on serving plates.
Coat with cream cheese mixture.
Press grape halves onto pears to cover them.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
