Pears and Green Grapes Recipes

Ingredients :

cream cheese, at room temperature

caster sugar

grated lemon rind

ripe pears, peeled, halved, cored

green seedless grapes, halved

Method :
  1. Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.

  2. Arrange pear halves cut-side-down on serving plates.

  3. Coat with cream cheese mixture.

  4. Press grape halves onto pears to cover them.

  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serves 4
