Pineapple Lemon Fizz Recipes

Ingredients :

3/4 cup

1 cup

1/2 cup

1/2 tsp

1

pineapple juice, chilled

vanilla ice cream

lemon sherbet

bitters

7-ounce bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Method :

In mixer bowl or blender container, combine pineapple juice, ice cream, sherbet and bitters. Beat or blend till smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses; carefully pour in carbonated beverage; stir gently.
