Method :
- Wash and chop the rhubarb, slice
the apple and layer both in a greased oven casserole dish.
- Spread the passion fruit on top
and sprinkle half the raw sugar over.
- Pour the water over and set aside.
- In a bowl rub the butter in the
flour, add the remainder of the sugar and mix in the rind, nuts,
allspice and ginger.
- Spoon the mixture over the fruit
and bake in oven.
- Serve with custard or cream.
