pineapple, skinned, cored and diced
oranges,
segmented
lemon
juice
water
crème
de menthe
banana,
sliced
lime or
lemon, thinly sliced, to decorate |

Method :
Mix
together all the fruit except the banana.
Mix
the lemon juice, water and crème de
menthe, pour over the fruit and stir.
Cover
and chill for at least 1 hour.
Stir
in the banana just before serving.
Garnish with twists of lime or lemon.
Serves 6
