Black Glutinous Rice with Ice Cream Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cone

3 oz

4 oz

4 cups

ice cream

brown sugar

black glutinous rice

water

Method :
  1. Wash and soak glutinous rice for 4 hours. Drain well.

  2. Bring water to the boil.

  3. Put in glutinous rice and bring to the boil again.

  4. Turn on medium heat and cook until 2 cups of liquid remained.

  5. Add sugar, cook until it has dissolved.

  6. Allow to cool, then transfer into refrigerator to chill

  7. Pour glutinous rice liquid into a glass.

  8. Add ice cream cone and pour some fresh coconut milk or evaporated milk on top. Serve.
