Method :

Wash and soak glutinous rice for 4
hours. Drain well.

Bring water to the boil.

Put in glutinous rice and bring to the
boil again.

Turn on medium heat and cook until 2
cups of liquid remained.

Add sugar, cook until it has
dissolved.

Allow to cool, then transfer into
refrigerator to chill

Pour glutinous rice liquid into a
glass.

Add ice cream cone and pour some fresh
coconut milk or evaporated milk on top. Serve.
