Method :

In saucepan, combine one 14.5-ounce can evaporated milk and 1/2 cup sugar; cook and stir till sugar dissolves; cool.

Stir in 2 tsp vanilla.

Freeze, covered, in 11x7x1.5-inch pan.

Place in chilled bowl; break up.

Beat smooth.

Fold in 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, and 2/3 cup flaked coconut, toasted.

Freeze.
