Honey Vanilla Ice Cream Recipes

Ingredients :

6 large eggs

1 quart milk

1 cup honey

1 quart whipping cream

2 tbsp vanilla extract

Method :

Combine the eggs, milk and honey in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 20-25 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and coats a spoon. Cool and then stir in the whipping cream and vanilla. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Pour the mixture into a 5 quart, hand turned or electric ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. This is to be eaten after you have lost weight, and then only for special occasions. Also, you must shard. You are not allowed to eat the whole gallon by yourself at one or even two sittings.

Makes 1 gallon
