Method :
- Boil red bean in water with pandan
leaves till soft.
- boil till the broth is thickened
and reduced to 300ml.
- Add more water if desired.
- Mix sweetened creamer, red bean
paste and 300ml of red bean broth together, stir well.
- Mix corn flour with water and add
to mixture, cook mixture over low heat.
- Add red bean and cook till
thickened, then add in pandan essence.
- Pour into mould and freeze till
set.
