Flaked Almond Decoration Recipes

Method:

180g flaked almonds

1. Place almonds evenly over baking tray and bake in a moderate oven (180C) for about 5 minutes or until light golden brown.

2. Take a generous tablespoon of the toasted almonds in the palm of your hand and press them lightly and evenly onto the butter cream on the side of the cake.
