Method :
- Rub ghee into flour, and knead
into a stiff dough with a little water or milk.
- Roll out the dough about 1.5 cm
thick, and cut into 2 cm squares.
- Deep fry over low heat until light
brown.
- Dish out and keep aside.
- In a saucepan, boil the sugar with
1/2 cup water until it is thick and coats the sides of the pan.
- Add the fried "biscuits" and stir
quickly till coated with sugar.
- Remove and cool.
Serves 6 - 8
