Chocolate Raisin Crunches Recipes

Ingredients :

12 oz plain chocolate

12 oz raisins

2 oz corn flakes

2 oz blanched almonds, sliced

Method :
  1. Place 20 paper cake cases in tartlet tins.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Place spoonfuls of the mixture into the paper cases and leave to set.
