Almond Meringue Cake Recipes

Ingredients :

2 egg whites

38g sugar

3 tbsp grated almond

Method :

Preheat the oven to 130C. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, add sugar and whisk until fluffy. Use a spoon to form it in small balls and put them on a baking tray covered wit baking paper. Put some grated almond on each of them. Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes until they turn golden brown. Serve immediately.
