Peel and wash
potatoes, boil until soft. Mash potatoes. Add butter, cheese powder,
fresh milk, salt and pepper. Stir well while it is still hot. Put the
mashed potato in a plastic container, flatten the top, cover it with
plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator and cool until it hardens. Remove from
the refrigerator. Use alphabet cookie mould to make alphabet potato
cakes. Sprinkle some plain flour over the cakes. Deep fry in hot oil
until golden and serve immediately.
