Cheese Cookies Recipes

Ingredients :

75g cheese powder

2 tbsp water

2 tsp black sesame seeds

Method :

Add water to cheese powder, stir well. then add black sesame seeds, stir again. Hat non-stick pan over low heat. Put a spoonful of the above mixture in the pan, and press it into thin sheets of 4cm in diameter. When the edges of the cheese cookie gradually turn golden brown, turn heat off. Remove cookies and put on damp towel. After cooling. Serve immediately.
