Coconut Mango Ice Recipes

Ingredients :

75g mango flesh

1 can coconut milk

1 lemon pineapple flavor yogurt

3 tbsp corn syrup

1 tbsp lemon juice

Method :

Cut mango flesh into small cubes, put some into each square of the ice tray. Mix coconut milk, yogurt and corn syrup thoroughly. Pour the mixture into each square of the ice tray. Chill the rice tray in the refrigerator until the mixture is firmly set. Take out the ice tray, put it in warm water for a while. Use small fork to get ice out. Serve immediately.

Serves 2 - 4
