Frozen Banana Nut Iceblocks Recipe

1 cup

just-ripe bananas

paddle-pop sticks

dark chocolate

copha, melted

finely chopped peanuts

Method :

Peel bananas and cut in half. Insert, wooden paddle-pop sticks into each half. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over hot water. Remove from heat, add copha, mix well. Brush each banana with the chocolate mixture. Roll in the chopped nuts and freeze, covered, until serving.
