Method :
- Cut oranges in half, scoop out flesh
without damaging the skins.
- The flesh is not used in this recipe.
- Dissolve jelly in hot water, add cold
water.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until it
begins to set.
- Do not allow jelly to set firm.
- Arrange orange skins on a tray, pour
jelly into skins.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Just before serving cut into quarters.
