Jelly Oranges Recipe

Ingredients :

3

1.5 cups

1/2 cup

oranges

hot water

cold water

packet orange jelly

Method :
  1. Cut oranges in half, scoop out flesh without damaging the skins.
  2. The flesh is not used in this recipe.
  3. Dissolve jelly in hot water, add cold water.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until it begins to set.
  5. Do not allow jelly to set firm.
  6. Arrange orange skins on a tray, pour jelly into skins.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
  8. Just before serving cut into quarters.
