Cut oranges into halves, squeeze out
juice. Remove flesh from the orange halves, set aside. Melt sugar in hot
water. When cooled, add lemon juice and orange juice. Stir well. Pour
the mixture into tray. Chill in refrigerator until solid. Use a
tablespoon to scoop out the ice from the tray, put it in the orange
skin. Add fruit cocktail and serve
immediately.
