Satay Chicken Recipe

Ingredients :

1 tbsp

2 tbsp

1 tbsp

1/4 tsp

500g

oil

crunchy peanut butter

soy sauce

ground cumin

chicken breast fillets

wooden satay sticks, soaked in water

Method :
  1. Slice chicken fillets into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Thread onto satay sticks, about 5 cubes per satay.
  3. In a small bowl, combine oil, peanut butter, soy sauce and cumin, mix well.
  4. Brush each satay with the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  6. Grill each satay 2 minutes each side, or until chicken is cooked.
  7. Serve with brown rice.

Makes 10 kebabs
