Slice chicken fillets into 2 cm cubes. Thread onto satay sticks, about 5
cubes per satay. In a small bowl, combine oil, peanut
butter, soy sauce and cumin, mix well. Brush each satay with the peanut
butter mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Grill each satay 2 minutes each side,
or until chicken is cooked. Serve with brown rice.
