Method :
- Slice chicken fillets into 2 cm cubes.
- Thread onto satay sticks, about 5
cubes per satay.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, peanut
butter, soy sauce and cumin, mix well.
- Brush each satay with the peanut
butter mixture.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Grill each satay 2 minutes each side,
or until chicken is cooked.
- Serve with brown rice.
Makes 10 kebabs
