Using a sharp knife, remove crusts
from bread. Spread each slice with the tomato
sauce. Cut each sausage in half and place
diagonally in centre of each slice of bread, roll up. Cut each rasher of bacon in half
lengthwise and roll each piece of bacon around the centre of the rolls. Brush bread with the butter and place
on an oven tray. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until
golden brown.
