Mix gelatine powder with water. Setting
aside 4 strawberries, put the rest in a electric mixer to make
strawberry juice. Prepare 1 bowl of boiling water, add sugar, then add
gelatine solution, stir well. Add cream, use electric whisk to whisk
until fluffy. Add strawberry juice gradually while stirring. Pour into
jelly cups. Chill in refrigerator until firmly set. Cut the remaining
strawberries into cubes. Put them on mousse, add fresh cream then serve immediately.
