Boil the quail eggs. Remove the egg
shells, set aside. Clean the broccoli with water. Cut into small florets
and shape them to balls. Boil water with some oil and salt. Scald the
broccoli. Remove, set aside. Cut the beef fillet into cubes, mix with
the marinade. Fry well, set aside. Put the beef cubes, broccoli and
quail eggs on the skewers. Use mayonnaise to stick black sesame seeds
onto the egg. Serve
immediately.
