Ingredients :
1/4 white cantaloupe
1/2 green cantaloupe
16 pieces Italian Parma Ham
Remove the seeds from cantaloupe. Scoop out 16 small balls from the flesh of the cantaloupe. Cut the ham in halves. fold the halves into small blocks. Skewer the white and green cantaloupe balls and ham on cocktail sticks. Serve immediately.
