Wonderful Vegetable Bag Recipes

Ingredients :

4 eggs

4 lettuce leaves

1/2 carrot

1 cucumber

150g potato chips

salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

3 tbsp ketchup

3 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Heat wok, with a little of oil, fry egg into thin sheets (about 8 sheets). Shred cucumber and carrot. Take one egg sheet, place on lettuce leaves, a suitable amount of shredded cucumber and carrot, potato chips. Add mixed sauce. Fold up and serve.
