Method :
- Combine the milk, bran and mashed
banana.
- Set aside for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry
ingredients.
- Beat the butter and egg until well
combined.
- Add the banana mixture and mix
lightly.
- Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and
stir lightly until just combined.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20
minutes.
Both the muffins can be served warm or
at room temperature with a sweet topping such as Cream Cheese Topping.
Makes : 16 - 18 muffins
