Easy Grasshopper Pie Recipes

Ingredients :

1/2 cup

chocolate-wafer crumbs

butter or margarine, melted

1-pint jar marshmallow crème

green crème de menthe

white crème de cacao

whipping cream, whipped

1. Combine water crumbs and butter or margarine; press into two 5-inch tart pans.

2. In small mixer bowl, combine marshmallow crème and liqueurs.

3. Beat about 1 minute at high speed.

4. Fold in whipped cream.

5. Pile into crumb crust.

6. Freeze about 5 hours or overnight.

7. If desired, garnish with additional whipped cream.
