Fish Pie Recipe

Ingredients : |

150g
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
2 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp |
cooked white fish
mashed potato
cooked carrots, mashed
chopped parsley
breadcrumbs
butter, melted |
Method :

Flake fish and discard any bones and
skin.

Combine mashed potato and carrots,
spread half the mixture over the base of a greased ovenproof fish.

Arrange fish on top, sprinkle with
parsley.

Cover with remaining potato.

Combine breadcrumbs and butter and
sprinkle over the top.
-
Bake at 180oC for 15
minutes.
Serves 4
