Fish Pie Recipe

Ingredients :

150g

1/2 cup

1/4 cup

2 tsp

1 tbsp

1 tbsp

cooked white fish

mashed potato

cooked carrots, mashed

chopped parsley

breadcrumbs

butter, melted

Method :
  1. Flake fish and discard any bones and skin.

  2. Combine mashed potato and carrots, spread half the mixture over the base of a greased ovenproof fish.

  3. Arrange fish on top, sprinkle with parsley.

  4. Cover with remaining potato.

  5. Combine breadcrumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.

  6. Bake at 180oC for 15 minutes.

Serves 4
