Luncheon Sandwich Pie Recipes

Ingredients :

2 cup pulped tomatoes

2 tbsp powdered milk, heaped

water to make 0.5 liter

bread slices

luncheon sausage

125g cheese, grated

1. Grease 23cm (9") pie plate and cover the bottom with slices of wheat meal or rye meal bread.
2. Place tomatoes, milk and water to make up the measure into a bowl and mix.
3. Layer the sliced luncheon sausage over the bread, cover with grated cheese, top with another layer of neatly cut bread fingers.
4. Pour over the tomato mixture and bake.

Oven 350F

Serves 4 - 6
