Pecan Pie Recipes

Ingredients :

1/3 cup

2 tbsp

1/3 cup

egg

sugar

dark corn syrup

butter or margarine, melted

pecan halves

5-inch unbaked pastry shells

dash salt

1. Beat egg thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup and butter; add pecans.

2. Pour into pastry shells.

3. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or till knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.

4. Cool.
