Method :
- Combine the rice and egg.
- Spray a pie dish with non-stick
cooking spray.
- Firmly and evenly press out the rice
mixture over the base of the pie dish.
- Spoon in the filling of your choice
and bake as directed in your fillings recipe.
Use this as a base for sweet or savory
pies which have baked fillings, for instance, pumpkin or custard.
