Rice Pie Shell
4 medium
potatoes, peeled and grated
4 eggs,
lightly beaten
125ml
skimmed milk
4 tbsp
grated low fat hard cheese
2 tbsp
chopped parsley
1 tbsp
chopped chives
1 onion,
finely chopped
1 clove
garlic, crushed
1 chicken
stock cube, crumbled |
Method :
- Lightly grease a pie dish and line
with Rice Pie Shell.
- In a bowl, combine all the
remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into the pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 1
hour, or until well set and browned on top.
- Serve hot or at room temperature, with a green salad if desired.
You can also use this mixture to make up individual pies.
