Method :
- Preheat oven to 180C, lightly
brush an 18 x 28 cm shallow tin with oil.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
and mix well.
- Turn mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until
golden.
- Cut into squares to serve
Makes about 20
Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to this
recipe and ice with a lemon glace icing for variation.
