Preheat oven to 180C, lightly
brush an 18 x 28 cm shallow tin with oil. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
and mix well. Turn mixture into prepared tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes until
golden. Cut into squares to serve.
Makes about 20
Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips to this
recipe and ice with a lemon glace icing for variation.
