Honey Date Filling Recipes

Ingredients :

1lb dates, cut up

3/4 cup liquid honey

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tbsp orange rind

pinch salt

Method :

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, turn down heat and boil gently, stirring, until thick, about 5 minutes.
